Educational requirements of Pakistan: A normed planning approach

The study assesses the performance of a developing economy's educational sector by comparing some fundamental statistics from Pakistan to those ten better-performing nations, and it outlines required levels education for following decade. It presents road map in next years after identifying gap between existing statistics. For each level education, projections variables are created. Gross enrolment ratios, student-teacher number enrolments teachers. distribution government spending across levels. Normed Planning approach is followed purpose using panel data 10 selected countries over time period 2003-2017. has also been observed that at far below based on international norms. In primary secondary there significant disparities actual necessary ratios. Pakistan, funding appears be unbalanced, with receiving more public funds than tertiary education. analysis demonstrates percentage capital total expenditure lower what required.
